Queue, then keep creating

Expected results in 3–24 hours. There is no per-user cap on the number of tasks you can queue.

Know before you create.

How long will it take to receive my video?+

Expected delivery is 3–24 hours after successful task submission, including queueing and generation. This is a queued service, not instant generation: waiting time depends on the current queue, available processing capacity and service conditions. A task waiting in the queue has not necessarily failed. This range is an estimate, not a promise that every video will finish within 24 hours.

If your video is not delivered within 24 hours of task submission, that task is free. The full reserved task fee is automatically returned to your KDIIP balance. If the video arrives later, it stays free.

How many tasks can I queue?+

There is no per-user queued-task count limit. Tasks are scheduled by the service; this does not mean every task starts processing simultaneously. Balance, input validation and request-rate protections still apply.

Does 1080p cost more?+

One fixed price per generation: $0.60 for any length from 4–30 seconds, in 720P or 1080P. The price is locked when you submit; later changes do not affect existing orders.

What if my video is not delivered within 24 hours?+

If your video is not delivered within 24 hours of task submission, that task is free. The full reserved task fee is automatically returned to your KDIIP balance. If the video arrives later, it stays free.
